Andreas and Alfredo came today and did a superb job of cleaning our windows inside and outside. In addition, he told us he could remove a stuck storm window covering our kitchen picture window. We have tried repeatedly to get painters and others to remove the storm window, but they did not want to tackle it. Andreas and Alfredo got it out in good order, cleaned it and the picture window, and replaced it for a fair price. I count that as some of the best money I’ve spent.

Chris & Phillipe came out yesterday to do a whole house cleaning, including pressure washing the house, garage & driveways, as well as the porches and cleaning all the windows. Kenny and Gic (I think!) just left my house and I can’t believe what a great job they did. Other than my spotless windows and my freshly pressure-washed deck and stone walkway, all of which look brand new, you would never know they had been here! Other windows cleaners have left their mark (furniture rearranged, dirty drips on the carpet, windows left open or unlocked), but not these guys. But it’s not just the window cleaners that make Sunshine a great company…When I called to schedule, I told Deshei (the delightful, helpful and enthusiastic young lady who answers the phone) that I needed my windows done ASAP because I had unexpected company coming into town. It looked like there was no way it would happen because Sunshine was so booked, but lo and behold, Deshei called me the morning that my company was coming to let me know they had some extra time and could get the job done. She said she would remember me and that if anything opened up she would call, and she was true to her word. Yea, Deshei! What a professional and a huge asset to the company!

Kenny & Donny were here to clean our windows last week. They were extremely courteous, helpful, respectful and they did a spotless job cleaning the 38 windows on our house…a very big and hard job with some windows on a third floor level. Kenny even pointed out to me that two of our Champion Windows had defects in them. Champion Windows are not cheap windows and without Kenny letting me know about this issue I would never know to call Champion to get them replaced under the lifetime warranty. Kenny didn’t owe me that information but he took the time to let me know. I would HIGHLY recommend this team! Great job Kenny & Donny. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Kenny & Donny did a great job cleaning my windows and pressure wahsing the terrace, walkways and house. They were also very likable fellows – even the dogs thought so. I really appreciated that they worked me in at the last minute so things would sparkle at the Memorial Day BBQ. I think this was the third time I have used Sunshine – and there will be a fourth!
Eric showed up before time and sat in front of my house until the 8:30 appointment. He was ready at 8:30 and started to work and worked alone all day. I have a lot of windows and he was very efficient and stayed on task the whole time he was here. I was very impressed with him being punctual and his work ethics and he did a fantastic job with all of my windows and worked very carefully when he did my inside windows in my sunroom. Sunshine window cleaning canceled my appoinment three times but it was not their fault it was do to the weather which was raining each time. They then scheduled me for a saturday which surprised me ,they arrived early and didnt leave until 7:30 that night . I dont think he took a break all day long . My windows where cleaned gutters and pressure washed. The windows are so clean that I am constantly checking to see if he replaced the screens which he did.I highly recommend this company they did a great job and asked for Alex he is a very devoted ,well knowledged hard working and reliable employee. I got a coupon for 20% off in the mail even though I had used Sunshine in the past. I called last Friday to aarrange to have the gutters cleaned. I have gutter guards but I have a lot of trees around the house and still need to have the gutters cleaned at least once a year. They came on Monday! We have been using Sunshine Window Cleaning for 10 years now for cleaning our gutters 1-2 times a year. Yesterday was just the second time that we’ve had all 63 of our windows and glass doors cleaned by Sunshine and I’m wondering why I don’t do it more often. The best money I’ve spent all year. Buko(whose been here before) and Ernesto arrived at 9am and worked until almost 2pm to clean all of my windows, gutters, porch lighting and even my interior foyer light (which until yesterday, I believed only had milky glass). September 10, 2011, Steve and Rich cleaned the face of the gutters all around my home, pressure washed the garage floor, cement patio slab and driveway and did a superb job. On September 19, 2011 Seven Y. and Rich.H. did an outstanding job of window and gutter cleaning; drive, sidewalk and deck power washing. On September 29, 2011 Nathan did an equally outstanding job of deck sealing. I will recommend Sunshine services to everyone in the Bichwood Subdivision as well as friends and acquaintances elsewhere.
The sun is shining through beautifully clean windows (inside and out) thanks to Nathan and Candido. They had to work extra hard as it’s been, I’m embarrassed to say, 3 years since last cleaning! They couldn’t have done a better job….will call Sunshine sooner for the next cleaning. Today’s job was excellent.
Buka & Ernesto cleaned the outside windows of our house on 9/23/2011 and did a great job. Our house includes a few tricky windows (skylight & 2nd floor glass blocks). All we had to do was ask them to repeat the last estimate and the scheduling was convenient.

I was so thrilled when I called Sunshine last week to ask about setting up an appointment and there was an opening just days away. We have some windows which are too high for us to reach so we called in the professionals and professional they were. Nathan and his assistant (I apologize but I’m terrible with names) did the most wonderful job and in such a short amount on time. Hugo and Omar were at our home today to correct a mold condition caused by a bad paint application. They were very professional, knowledgeable and took the necessary time to explain why our initial plan would not result in the desired result. Hugo informed us that his plan of action would not be one hundred percent successful but better than our initial idea. We decided to accept Hugo’s plan (the same price as our idea) even though we were looking for a brighter outlook. Bottom line, it was not one hundred percent successful, however it was at least ninety five percent successful. My wife and I are very pleased with the result. Hugo suggested we call your company in six months for another appointment to maintain the splendid appearance of our home. Thank you.

Sunshine windows just left my home after cleaning windows, chandelier and gutters. Andreas and Alfredo came today and did a superb job of cleaning our windows inside and outside. In addition, he told us he could remove a stuck storm window covering our kitchen picture window. We have tried repeatedly to get painters and others to remove the storm window, but they did not want to tackle it. Andreas and Alfredo got it out in good order, cleaned it and the picture window, and replaced it for a fair price. I count that as some of the best money I’ve spent.

Chris & Phillipe came out yesterday to do a whole house cleaning, including pressure washing the house, garage & driveways, as well as the porches and cleaning all the windows. As before, they did a wonderful job. They are very professional, courteous and considerate. They were careful with my furniture and blinds, and moved everything back into place. Kenny and Gic (I think!) just left my house and I can’t believe what a great job they did. Other than my spotless windows and my freshly pressure-washed deck and stone walkway, all of which look brand new, you would never know they had been here! Other windows cleaners have left their mark (furniture rearranged, dirty drips on the carpet, windows left open or unlocked), but not these guys. But it’s not just the window cleaners that make Sunshine a great company…When I called to schedule, I told Deshei (the delightful, helpful and enthusiastic young lady who answers the phone) that I needed my windows done ASAP because I had unexpected company coming into town. It looked like there was no way it would happen because Sunshine was so booked, but lo and behold, Deshei called me the morning that my company was coming to let me know they had some extra time and could get the job done. She said she would remember me and that if anything opened up she would call, and she was true to her word. Yea, Deshei! What a professional and a huge asset to the company!

Kenny & Donny were here to clean our windows last week. They were extremely courteous, helpful, respectful and they did a spotless job cleaning the 38 windows on our house…a very big and hard job with some windows on a third floor level. Kenny even pointed out to me that two of our Champion Windows had defects in them. Champion Windows are not cheap windows and without Kenny letting me know about this issue I would never know to call Champion to get them replaced under the lifetime warranty. Kenny didn’t owe me that information but he took the time to let me know. I would HIGHLY recommend this team! Great job Kenny & Donny. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Kenny & Donny did a great job cleaning my windows and pressure wahsing the terrace, walkways and house. They were also very likable fellows – even the dogs thought so. I really appreciated that they worked me in at the last minute so things would sparkle at the Memorial Day BBQ. I think this was the third time I have used Sunshine – and there will be a fourth!
Eric showed up before time and sat in front of my house until the 8:30 appointment. He was ready at 8:30 and started to work and worked alone all day. I have a lot of windows and he was very efficient and stayed on task the whole time he was here. I was very impressed with him being punctual and his work ethics and he did a fantastic job with all of my windows and worked very carefully when he did my inside windows in my sunroom. This is not the first time I have used Sunshine Windows Cleaning, but plan to make another appointment with you as soon as they need to be done again. Sunshine window cleaning canceled my appoinment three times but it was not their fault it was do to the weather which was raining each time. They then scheduled me for a saturday which surprised me ,they arrived early and didnt leave until 7:30 that night . I dont think he took a break all day long . My windows where cleaned gutters and pressure washed. The windows are so clean that I am constantly checking to see if he replaced the screens which he did.I highly recommend this company they did a great job and asked for Alex he is a very devoted ,well knowledged hard working and reliable employee. I would definitly use Sunshine again and ask for Alex.

I got a coupon for 20% off in the mail even though I had used Sunshine in the past. I called last Friday to aarrange to have the gutters cleaned. I have gutter guards but I have a lot of trees around the house and still need to have the gutters cleaned at least once a year. They came on Monday! They cleaned the roof, gutters and even the complete sidewalks and driveway around the property. It looked better everywhere. Thanks for such wonderful service.
Absolutely fantastic. Omar and Anthony just departed after cleaning our gutters. They gave 110%. They noticed that 2 of the drains were clogged and cleaned them. Down on their hands and knees.Now the gutters and down spouts will run smoothly. I am totally impressed with their work, professionalism and most of all their dedication to go the extra mile. This is my fourth year using Sunshine Window Cleaning. Anthony and Omar did a fantastic job today. They were so professional. They called ahead and arrived on time. They introduced themselves and let me know that they had worked on my house previously. That is so important to me. I’ve been trying to tell my pest control company for years that having the same people on the job makes a big difference. I am so glad Sunshine values that kind of customer service. We have been using Sunshine Window Cleaning for 10 years now for cleaning our gutters 1-2 times a year. Yesterday was just the second time that we’ve had all 63 of our windows and glass doors cleaned by Sunshine and I’m wondering why I don’t do it more often. The best money I’ve spent all year. Buko(whose been here before) and Ernesto arrived at 9am and worked until almost 2pm to clean all of my windows, gutters, porch lighting and even my interior foyer light (which until yesterday, I believed only had milky glass). They were SUPERB as always! Professional and efficient….easy to have in your house. I’ve recommended Sunshine to neighbors and friends but am always overwhelmed by how consistently great their work continues to be year after year. Thank you Buko and Ernesto for another great job! September 10, 2011, Steve and Rich cleaned the face of the gutters all around my home, pressure washed the garage floor, cement patio slab and driveway and did a superb job. They were punctual, polite, moved items out of and back into the garage. I am very pleased with the work they did and would definitely use Sunshine Window Cleaning again.
Nathan and Candido did a wonderful job today. I have an A-frame house and some of my windows are 20′ off the ground. I hate to watch them up there, but they’re total professionals and get it done safely. They also power washed my cement patio which now looks like it was newly painted. They even cleaned my grimy doggy door!

Buka & Ernesto cleaned the outside windows of our house on 9/23/2011 and did a great job. Our house includes a few tricky windows (skylight & 2nd floor glass blocks). All we had to do was ask them to repeat the last estimate and the scheduling was convenient.

I was so thrilled when I called Sunshine last week to ask about setting up an appointment and there was an opening just days away. We have some windows which are too high for us to reach so we called in the professionals and professional they were. Nathan and his assistant (I apologize but I’m terrible with names) did the most wonderful job and in such a short amount on time. Hugo and Omar were at our home today to correct a mold condition caused by a bad paint application. They were very professional, knowledgeable and took the necessary time to explain why our initial plan would not result in the desired result. Hugo informed us that his plan of action would not be one hundred percent successful but better than our initial idea. We decided to accept Hugo’s plan (the same price as our idea) even though we were looking for a brighter outlook. Bottom line, it was not one hundred percent successful, however it was at least ninety five percent successful. My wife and I are very pleased with the result. Hugo suggested we call your company in six months for another appointment to maintain the splendid appearance of our home. Thank you.

Sunshine windows just left my home after cleaning windows, chandelier and gutters. I always knew Sunshine did an outstanding job on windows, as they did again today, but I did not know they also cleaned gutters. I hired another company for gutters last year and was not pleased at all. When I discovered Sunshine also did gutters I asked them to do my gutters also. Again, an outstanding job provided by the two reps they sent out,on gutters and windows.. Whatever services Sunshine provides their crews are apparently trained to do it well and they do..
